The Connecticut Adult Recreational Soccer League sponsors a women's over-30 division with teams throughout south central Connecticut. Teams play in the Spring and Fall.
The Farmington Valley Adult Soccer Club is an over-30 recreational league that plays in Farmington, with additional games in Avon and Simsbury. Teams play in the Spring and Fall.

Tournaments
The Long Island Ladies Soccer League sponsors several women's tournaments throughout the year. The Long Island Invitational takes place in August. Indoor tournaments are also offered during the winter months.
The Goals for Hope Soccer Tournament raises funds for the Miles of Hope Breast Cancer Foundation and supports programs and services for people in the Hudson Valley battling breast cancer. The tournament, which takes place annually in August, offers Open, Beginners and Soccer Moms divisions.
