Games will be played at Veterans Memorial Field in Wallingford, CT.
Roster size is limited to 18 players for Over-30 and 15 players for Over-21, Over-40 and Over-50. All players will be required to verify age by picture id and sign medical release forms on the day of registration.
Note: there is a minimum of four teams required for the Over-21 bracket; if not enough teams choose to participate, the registration fee will be refunded.
The Kick For A Cause Tournament Committee will close registration when the maximum number of teams in each age bracket has been reached.

REGISTRATION FEES
A NON-REFUNDABALE registration fee must be submitted with the application form by July 11th.
Special Introductory Registration for Over-21 $225
Over-30 $300 Over-40 $250 Over-50 $100
In the event of inclement weather, we will attempt to re-schedule. No refunds will be given for games cancelled due to inclement weather or any other reason.
