The Nutmeg Women’s Soccer League offers adult women in the state of Connecticut an opportunity to play competitive soccer. Over-30 teams play 11 v 11 on Sunday afternoons in locations throughout south central Connecticut. Over-40 teams play 8 v 8 on Saturday mornings.

The Farmington Valley Adult Soccer Club is an over-30 recreational league that plays in Farmington, with additional games in Avon and Simsbury. Teams play in the Spring and Fall.

The Long Island Ladies Soccer League sponsors several women’s tournaments throughout the year. The Long Island Invitational takes place in August. Indoor tournaments are also offered during the winter months.

The Goals for Hope Soccer Tournament raises funds for the Miles of Hope Breast Cancer Foundation and supports programs and services for people in the Hudson Valley battling breast cancer.  The tournament, which takes place annually in August, offers Open, Beginners and Soccer Moms divisions.

Score for a Cure is a women’s indoor 6v6 charity soccer tournament to raise money for breast cancer causes. The tournament is held in Plymouth, MA, and is sponsored by the Plymouth Kiwanis.
