We are all concerned about the Corona Virus which is spreading through our community.  The KFAC tournament committee is still hopeful that we will be able to hold our event at the end of July, but we are watching national and state-wide reports very carefully to make sure it is safe.
A final decision will be made by May 1.   Stay tuned!
Thank you for your understanding.
This will be our 16th year!
JULY  25-26, 2020

The Kick For A Cause Women’s Soccer Tournament was created sixteen years ago after a few of us participated in a Long Island tournament and thought “why not Connecticut?”  We wanted to give “mature women” an opportunity to play competitive soccer, but also wanted to give back to our community and support women’s issues.  So KFAC was born and has been held every summer since.  Over the years, we have donated tournament proceeds to a number of different organizations, but since 2010, we have partnered with Chrysalis Domestic Abuse Services.

Teams come from all over Connecticut, and from Rhode Island, Massachusetts and New York to compete in Over-21, Over-40 and Over-50 age brackets.

All games are refereed by three certified officials.

Wallingford is conveniently located in the center of Connecticut with easy highway access. The town offers a number of hotels (some with swimming pools) and many restaurants/bars for relaxing after a hard day of competition.

Tournament activities also include merchandise and food sales, as well as a drawing for lots of fabulous prizes. Whether you come to play, volunteer your time or just watch some great soccer games, the Kick For A Cause Tournament offers a great time for all!
